    Give staff scanning access and download the event’s verification data before heading to the venue.

Prepare an offline pack in advance. Signed tickets can be verified against saved event data, with check-ins retained on the scanning device until they sync.

Disconnected devices cannot see each other’s latest check-ins. Duplicate detection across devices depends on exchanging records; browser check-in does not currently provide Bluetooth mesh.

Connect your organisation’s Stripe or Razorpay account for paid bookings. Payments are processed through that provider, with individual full refunds and cancellation refunds managed from the workspace.

AttendStack currently adds no platform fee. Your payment provider’s processing fees still apply.

A few questions before you begin.

Can I run a free event?

Yes. Free events can issue tickets on registration or require organiser approval before confirming a place.

What should I do before scanning offline?

Sign in, select the event and download its offline verification pack while connected. Check that the pack is ready and current before opening the doors.

When can my team start scanning?

Scanning opens at the event’s scheduled start, or when an organiser explicitly makes scanning live.

Where do ticket payments go?

Through the Stripe or Razorpay account connected by your organisation. AttendStack does not require a shared platform payment account.

Can I use the browser alongside the native apps?

Yes. Use the web workspace for full event and organisation management. Native Mac and Android apps handle scanning, offline event packs and nearby sync; keep the same event open on authorised devices.

All prices in USD, before applicable taxes. Attendee allowance is shared across your events each month. Payment-provider processing fees are separate. Choosing a paid plan starts a recurring monthly subscription. Skipped and existing accounts use Starter’s limits until they subscribe.

A few things, made clear.

How are attendees counted?

The attendee allowance covers registrations across all events in a monthly billing period. One person registered for two events counts twice. Repeated scans of the same ticket do not add attendees. Cancelled, refunded and revoked tickets still count. Unpaid checkouts reserve allowance until they expire or are cancelled.

What counts as an event?

Each published event occupies an active event slot. Drafts do not count. Cancelling or archiving an event frees its slot; ended events keep their slot until archived. Attendee usage remains counted for the billing month even after cancellation or archiving.

Does AttendStack take a cut of ticket sales?

No AttendStack ticket-sales commission is planned initially. Paid tickets use your organisation’s verified Stripe or Razorpay account. Their processing fees still apply.

Can I buy a subscription today?

Choose a plan, create your account, verify your email, then pay securely through Polar. You can also skip plan selection for now. Manage your subscription and cancel future renewal from workspace billing.

What if I need more events or attendees?

Choose a plan that covers both allowances, or contact us for a custom plan. We will agree pricing before you commit; there are no automatic overage charges.
